Loved this trip! Beautiful accommodations right on the beach. Great excursions from speedboat rides to hikes in the national parks. And fun people to share it all with. Everything was seamless and smooth traveling. The instructor Wendy is awesome! Can’t wait for the next trip!

Enjoy Yoga, Pilates, hiking, snorkeling, kayaking & exploring the breathtaking island of Dominica. The island of Dominica (pronounced Dom-i-NEEK-a) not to be confused with the Dominican Republic, is an island in the Caribbean in the Lesser Antilles and lies south of Antiqua and the Virgin Islands, and north of Guadalupe and St. Lucia. Dominica is its own country, characterized by lush tropical rainforest, mountain springs and waterfalls, and unspoiled natural beauty surrounded by crystal-clear turquoise seas. This protected island remains untouched by mass tourism and is known as “The Nature Island” due to its many unique ecosystems that are home to diverse species of plants and animals. Barefoot luxury pairs with nature’s unequaled power to amaze in Dominica, the Caribbean’s best-kept secret. Velvety green mountains rise nearly 5,000 feet from sea level on this volcanic landmass, surrounded by aqua sea. Sixty percent of the island is covered by rainforest, and there are hundreds of rivers, plus 12 waterfalls, 19 major dive sites, and 22 species of cetaceans, making Dominica a favored dive spot and year-round whale-watching destination. This eco-lodge is a Caribbean gem on the Island of Dominica and offers a dynamic collection of retreat, adventure, spa treatments, wellness, yoga, gourmet cuisine, local culture, and history. With the deep energy of this special center and the crystal blue ocean surrounding, immerse your senses in all this escape has to offer. It’s the perfect spot to unplug from everything as you recharge yourself on the Nature Island of the Caribbean. The rooms are on a hill separated by nature. Treat your body and soak in the splendor of a rainforest spa, savor farm-to-table cuisine picked from rich soil, and find out-of-this-world adventures on the land or under the sea. You’ll fall in love with Dominica because of its natural beauty, friendly people, and laid-back vibe.
