Lisa at Empower/Solstice puts together the most amazing retreats in the most beautiful resorts and settings. I have been on 4 of her retreats in the last 3 years. These retreats offer everything. Great yoga and pilates every morning, fun and exhilarating activities throughout the week, fabulous food, and a lot of laughs. Best of all, you get to do all this with the best instructors and group of people you'll ever want to vacation with. And if you want to chill and relax, you can do that too!

Once again, I enjoyed traveling with the fabulous Solstice/Empower group. Had so much fun making new friends, laughing, being active, and creating lifelong memories. Loved all the activities, especially in Spain. Accommodations in Costa Brava and Sardinia were breathtaking; located in beautiful settings with great food and top notch service. Lisa did an amazing job creating this yoga Pilates vacation. Doesn't get any better. Can’t wait to go to the next one!
