This retreat is priced per person and will be will be all inclusive of: 

• 6 days/6 nights of luxury sea view accommodations at 5* resort on the stunning coast of the Algarve Portugal in Carvoiero
• Meals Included: Breakfast and dinner daily at the resort's restaurant
• Daily Inferno Pilates with Elaina & Daily Yoga with Stephanie daily morning classes
• Access to Full Service Spa & Fitness Facilities (spa services are not included)
• Hiking Excursion - explore the Seven Hanging Valleys trail
• Biking Excursion - 3-4 hour biking tour (E-bike or traditional bike)
• Boat Excursion - Benagil Caves tour by boat 
• Optional Sunset Excursion -visit the most Southwestern Point of Portugal and Europe and see the spectacular sunset of Sagres
• Roundtrip Airport Transfers to/from FARO Airport (approximately 50 min. drive)

What’s Not Included:

- Airfare to Portugal/FARO airport (please note if coming in from U.S. you will need to leave by Thursday 9/25 for arrival in Portugal by Friday 9/26)

- Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)

- Spa services

- Optional Excursions (Sunset excursion to Sagres, kayak excursions, golf, etc.)

- Gratuity to drivers, hotel staff, tour guides and other service providers (optional but recommended)

Please note if traveling from US to Portugal you will need to leave by Thursday, September 25th for arrival in Portugal by the retreat start date of Friday, September 26th

Faro (FAO) is the closest Airport. Flights from Boston connect to FARO through Lisbon or the Azores. Alternatively, you can fly to Lisbon and it's a 3 hour bus ride from Lisbon to LAGOS.
